THE LOBBY

Roll out the welcome mat, this is where every babe starts. Make your way to the hotel bar to enjoy some exclusive content delivered straight to your inbox. Lounge around by the piano where I’ll randomly turn on ‘Double Points’ nights: when you can earn double the amount of points for your purchase. You also get an early access to shop new products. It’s like the express lane to help you get up a level. So you get into your bikini faster to enjoy life on the pool deck.

THE POOL DECK

Bring your towel, this is where you could clean up. The Pool Deck is home to my major ‘prize pool’. Get it? This is where you can start cashing in Pink Points at checkout. You will be receiving a 10€ voucher to spent on site once you move to the Pool Deck!

To check-in you need: 0 – 99 Pink Points.

The Pool Deck

To check-in you need: 100 – 299 Pink Points.

The Junior Suite

To check-in you need: 300 – 499 Pink Points.

The Penthouse

To check-in you need: 500 or more Pink Points.

Pink Points are like euros, but better. Pink Points are what you need to move up the levels in Hotel Pink and get cashback for shopping. Go to “How Do I Move Up A Level?” for more information on how you earn them.

You can check your Pink Points balance on your Hotel Pink page or by logging into your account.

Your unique voucher code will be emailed to you within 24 hours of joining new tier. Use voucher code at the checkout, when you are ready to complete your order. Voucher can be used against all orders above 50€. Tier specific voucher code can be used only once.

To redeem your coupon on your next order, you’ll need to spend 50€ for it to apply. If you have a 10€ coupon, this means your order will be brought down to 40€, and so on.

No, babe. Only one voucher code can be redeemed at a time.

This should be visible within 30 minutes to an hour of levelling up. You’ll know when your account has levelled up as you’ll receive an email letting you know you’re at the next level.

You can find your Pink Points balance and how far you are away from the next level in your My Account section, within your Hotel Pink area and on product pages. You’ll see a scale that will also show you the number of points you need to level up.

Allow 24 hours for Pink Points to be added to your account.

Your review should be a verified review which means you should have bought the product using same account you are expecting to receive your point to. Allow some time for review to go through moderation, before appearing on site.

You will find Skincare Profile in My Account section. Simply fill in this short questionnaire and don't forget to hit Submit button at the end. Your points should be added within 30 minutes.

Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Frank Body Pink Hotel Loyalty Scheme promoted and operated by The Hut.com Limited (trading as www.eu.frankbody.com).

LOYALTY SCHEME

1. These terms and conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’) govern the Frank Body Pink Hotel Loyalty Scheme (‘Loyalty Scheme’), which includes the collection of Loyalty Scheme Points (‘Points’) and any Loyalty Scheme rewards. These Terms and Conditions set out the terms of contract between The Hut.com Limited (‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’) via www.eu.frankbody.com (the ‘Site’) and each member of the Loyalty Programme (‘Member’, ‘You’, ‘Your’).

2. The Loyalty Scheme is intended for personal use only to reward customers of the Site with rewards and Points based on spend and activity on the Site.

3. The Loyalty Scheme is open to all customers of the Site aged 16 or over. Any transactions or activity on other sites operated by Frank Body Limited or members of Frank Body’s group of companies will not earn any Points.

4. You will automatically be enrolled into the Loyalty Scheme when you create an online account or log in to an existing online account on the Site. Members are only entitled to one Loyalty Scheme account on the Site. The Hut.com Limited reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time and to forfeit Points issued to such account without liability.

5. You will start earning Points when You join the Loyalty Scheme.

6. By enrolling into the Loyalty Scheme, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions so we recommend that you read these carefully.

7. The Points are issued by and remain the property of The Hut.com Limited who may, at any time, terminate or alter the operation of the Loyalty Scheme or make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will give You reasonable notice of any amends. Earning Points will be seen as acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

8. You may opt out of the Loyalty Scheme at any time by logging into Your Account on the Site and using the Help Centre to contact Customer Services.

EARNING POINTS

9. You will earn Points by reviewing products, completing Your skincare profile and purchasing products on the Site.

10. You will earn 1 point for every €1 You spend on the Site (excluding shipping costs).

11. To earn points on purchases and Your activity on the Site, You must be signed into Your account at the point of purchase or time of activity.

12. Points will be added to Your account within 24 hours of:

a. dispatch of Your purchase made on the Site;

b. completion of Your skincare profile; or

c. the publication of Your review on the Site.

13. Where a refund is issued in accordance with the Returns Policy on the Site, any Points You earned for the refunded purchase will be deducted from Your account.

14. We may occasionally offer promotions under which You may earn additional Points. Any such promotion will be subject to the terms and conditions issued with that promotion.

15. The Hut.com Limited may set a limit on the number of times Points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behaviour or personal use may be considered as abuse of the Loyalty Scheme.

16. You can check Your Points balance at any time via Your account on the Site.

17. Points are non-transferrable.

POINTS EXPIRY

18. Points will expire 365 days following issuance.

LEVELS

19. You will be assigned a level ('Level') based on Your accumulated Points balance.

20. You will remain in Your Level for 12 months (‘Membership Year’), unless your accumulated Points balance reaches a higher Level threshold which will result in You entering a new Level.

21. In order to maintain Your Level for a further 12 months, You must earn enough Points to the threshold of that Level before the Membership Year ends or You will be moved to a lower Level based on the total Points earned during Your Membership Year.

22. Your Level is limited to the spend and activity levels on Your account. Any spend or activity outside of Your account will not contribute to Your Level. 23. For details about the Points required for each Level, please see here.

PERKS

24. Your Level determines a number of perks (‘Perks’) that are available to use during the Membership Year.

25. Examples of Perks for all Members include early access to new products on the Site, double Points events and exclusive content.

26. Exclusive competitions and giveaways are available for Members in Levels 3 and 4 of the Loyalty Scheme. Full terms & conditions on competitions and giveaways can be found here.

27. Examples of Perks for Members in Level 4 include annual sales on the Site and rewards associated with Your birthday providing that You provide a valid date of birth prior to the first day of Your birthday month. Full terms & conditions on birthday promotions can be found here.

DISQUALIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWRAL

28. The Hut.com Limited may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel accounts or Points (in whatever form) and/or remove a Member from the Loyalty Scheme at any time where it has a reasonable belief of:

a. any abuse or attempted abuse of the Loyalty Scheme;

b. any breach or attempted breach of these Terms and Conditions;

c. any behaviour relating to the Loyalty Scheme that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.

29. Points awarded may be removed or cancelled if The Hut.com Limited determines that the Points were collected in breach of these Terms and Conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions will not have the effect of changing these Terms and Conditions.

30. The Hut.com Limited may cancel, withdraw or alter the Loyalty Scheme, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time.

BIRTHDAY REWARDS

Your code will be sent to you via email 14 days before your birthday and will be valid for the duration of the month. To receive your birthday offer you must be opted into emails and have provided us with your birthday no later than 31 days before your birthday is due. Your date of birth should be entered in the profile section of your account. Codes are only redeemable when logged into the account associated with the email address to which the birthday offer was sent. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and can only be redeemed once per customer.

Enter your unique code at checkout to receive either a birthday gift or discount code on www.eu.frankbody.com. Birthday gifts and discounts are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available. Discount codes are not redeemable against gift vouchers on the website.
