This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed via our EU online store operated by Frank Body Coöperatief U.A.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • During sale periods or peak times, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • All EU orders are fulfilled and shipped from the Netherlands via DPD.
  • Delivery timeframes below apply after dispatch.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over €75.
  • For orders under €75, standard shipping rates vary depending on your destination country and will be calculated at checkout before payment.
  • All shipping costs are clearly displayed prior to order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (in business days after dispatch):

  • Western Europe (e.g. Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria): 1–3 business days
  • Central & Southern Europe (e.g. Italy, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia): 2–4 business days
  • Nordics & Baltic States (e.g. Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia): 2–5 business days
  • South-Eastern Europe (e.g. Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Greece): 3–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, peak periods, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

In any event, delivery will occur within the timeframe required under applicable EU consumer law.

VAT & Duties

  • All prices displayed on our EU store include applicable VAT.
  • Orders shipped from the Netherlands to other European Union member states are not subject to additional customs duties.

Risk & Responsibility

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If you provide delivery instructions (including authority to leave), you acknowledge that parcels may be left unattended. frank body is not responsible for loss or theft once delivery has been completed in accordance with those instructions.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We may not be able to amend delivery details once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team at getnaked@frankbody.com as soon as possible.

We will investigate with the carrier and provide assistance in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.
